Is a teaching truth/myth which explores what my life as wise and intuitive feminine energy has experienced growing up in this particular world. Repeatedly coming up against the totalitarianism of un-evolved stuck systems, attitudes and unexamined behavioural patterns. Found throughout every organisation I have ever had the fortune to encounter. I say fortune because every encounter has held great clarification for me personally making me stronger and more inclined to challenge everything… persistently.

There are so many different threads of consciousness within us and I like to ask what will we allow to rule us when we are not in our compassionate and centred Core. Ultimately we all have to do the work of descending to who we really are and find out experientially and viscerally what that is.

I have illustrated it myself as the drawings and the words are intertwined - speaking to each other and you, the reader.

What an adventure being human is! My book is a journey down our inner Spiral taking many a stray hungry ghost and shadow ally along for the ride.
